*** Rogues Hollow Productions is not responsible for the content of the mailing’s we send on your behalf. All copy and content must be provided by the client in a timely matter before the month of October 2008. If the Client fails to provide copy and content then he or she forfeits the mailing’s to their email list. Any Email List the Client provides must be qualified and abide by anti-spam acts. If the client cannot provide a qualified list, Rogues Hollow Will in lieu of sending out emails begin collecting email addresses from the client’s visitors with a coupon program or a Haunt Fan Club Newsletter sign up or both. There will be additional fees of $0.013 per email address per email campaign will be incurred for email lists with over 5,000 email addresses.
**** See your contract for details on the limitations we may or may not have with myspace in delivery of event invites and bulletins. Rogues Hollow Productions no longer can offer friend collection as part of our myspace services.
